Nü You Cohort Session 6- Reconnecting Relationships

This session supports mothers in strengthening key relationships with partners, co-parents, family members, and support systems. We will focus on communication boundaries and rebuilding emotional connection, during &after major life transitions. By the end of our session, you will have tools to help you communicate your needs more clearly, navigate conflict with confidence ,and foster healthier, more supportive relationships.
