About The Event

A Day of Care, Connection, and Community for Moms

Hosted during Juneteenth weekend, The Planted Summit is a space to honor the strength, legacy, and evolution of Black mothers. This is more than an event, it is a moment to pause and recognize where you come from, what you’ve carried, and who you are still becoming.

We are rooted in generations of resilience. Women who nurtured families, built communities, and showed up even when they had little poured into them. The Planted Summit exists to give that back. To create space where Black mothers are not just surviving, but being seen, supported, and poured into.

Here, we honor your roots while making room for your growth. The quiet growth. The unseen growth. The kind that happens when you choose yourself again and again.

Whether you are navigating motherhood, healing, rebuilding, or simply trying to find your footing in this season, you belong here.

You are not stuck. You are planted. And everything about this experience is designed to remind you that growth is still happening.

“Raising US”

A conversation explaining how childhood experiences resurface in motherhood, how unhealed dynamics impact relationships, and how cycle breaking can coexist with compassion and legacy.

“The 4th Trimester”

A health conversation encouraging inviting mothers to release the super mom myth and explore what real support and proper delegation looks like.

"Planted, Not Buried"

Reframing motherhood as a season of growth, not loss.
